Erick Rosende ( Chico ), Director/Hospitality Advisor

Erick is our Master Mixologist and Sommelier with 20 years of bartending and managing experience throughout USA, Brazil, Spain, Mexico, Chile and of course Canada.  He is known as the one of the all time Pro bartenders, is now sharing his vast knowledge and experience with the new great upcoming bartenders in Canada. When Erick is not instructing at Ultimate Bartending School you can find him managing at Edmonton Event Centre, Empire Ballroom, The Treasury, Underground Sound and many other locations for Bar Source Canada, entertaining celebrities and VIPs..

Jason Osborne
International Flair Champion and Overseas Trainer - Oil City Group
J roc is our award winning extreme competition instructor.  J roc has shown his shown his skills throughout the world including England, Hawaii, Australia, USA , Canada and Asia.  He is now a senior Hospitality Advisor for Bar Source and brings 12 yrs of experience to our program.  While also working for the Oil City Group, he has a passion for music and is becoming a great producer that is taking him all over the world.

Shadow is by far one of the most popular bartenders in Edmonton. He has delighted may customers at all the major venues in Edmonton. With 12 years of experience, he is one of our top instructors at UBS by Bacardi.

Shilo Mackay,
Mioxlogy Trainer, Head Bartender at Union Hall
Shilo is by far the fastest female bartender in Edmonton. She showed her talents for the Oil City Group for many years and now at Union hall. Shilo is planning to embark to Cayman Islands to perfect her techniques and become our Caribbean Overseas Job Coordinator.

Kelsey T
Job Coordinator and Etiquettte Trainer, Head Bartender at The Pint
Kelsey is one of our graduates from UBS, and has become one of our outstanding instructors over the last 2 years. She has a great background in customer service, with experience working for West Edmonton Mall. You can find her bartending at The Pint, by far the busiest pub In Edmonton.

Anthony Britton

Tony is one of our greatest graduates from UBS by Bacardi.  Now, as a Flair Instructor for the last 2 years, he has shown great techniques and mixology styles to our students. He is one of the most approachable instructors for job assessments.

Mike Gaudet
Mixology Trainer  - Edmonton Event Centre & Empire Ballroom
Mike has shown his great personality in venues like Hudson’s and The Funky Buddha, as well as EEC, and is currently managing at Empire ballroom.  He brings a lot of fun to Mixology.

Greg Bazian
Fine Dining Instructor, Marriott Vancouver & Sorrentino’s Downtown.
Greg’s experience says it all. He is by far one of the top fine dining servers in Canada. He has worked at the finest dining establishments from the Marriott Pinnacle in Vancouver, to Lux, and Ruth's Chris here in Edmonton, just to mention a few. He brings to fine etiquette to our school.

Mark Shields
Our newest addition to our program, from the UK.  Mark was a trainer for Bacardi Europe, a Hard Rock Cafe Flair and Operations trainer. Mark is currently training for our school and as he worked with Scotland Bacardi, he adds some European flavour to our program.  With 10 years of Pro Bartending he brings great experience to UBS Canada.
